The process
1. The Brief - All jobs start with us asking you to fill in a brief questionnaire. This provides us with essential information regarding your business and helps us get a clear idea of what is required.
2. Initial Designs - As soon as your first designs are ready, we will contact you to email you your designs.
3. Review - We will ask for your opinion on what has been supplied. Either one logo will jump out straight away or we will work on one or two items to refine certain parts such as colour and type. There is no limit on the number of revisions you can make.
4. Finish - Once your happy with the artwork it will be supplied in a range of formats so you can use it yourself in word documents or on your website.
5. Payment - In accordance with our terms & conditions, payment is requested at the end of the project either by bank transfer or company cheque. Once payment is received you automatically receive full copyright for the artwork.

What files will I get with your service?
You will receive a complete set of industry standard file formats suitable for web and print.
The following file formats are supplied:
Resolution Vector: EPS and Adobe PDF
Print Resolution: EPS, TIF and JPG
Web Resolution: JPG and GIF
How long does the design process take? The whole process could be completed in a week, but most logos take around a month.
How will I receive my files? A (private) link is provided for you to download them from or they can be emailed directly to you. Files can also be burned to CD if required.
Who will own the copyright? You will on settlement of the final bill.
What if I want other marketing material? We offer a variety of different services from brochure design, flyer/leaflet design, web design to print services and search engine optimisation.
